Website for Locals BC started with a simple frustration. Too many great little businesses in BC, the sushi spot you love, the barber down the street, the bakery on the corner, are stuck with a messy Facebook page or no website at all, because a real one felt too expensive or too complicated.

We think that is backwards. A clean, working website should not cost thousands of dollars or take months of meetings. So we build them fast, keep them simple, and charge a fair price instead of an arm and a leg.

We are local, independent, and genuinely in this to help the community. If a business is just getting started and money is tight, we would still rather get it online than turn it away. We will always find something that works.

That is the whole idea. Good local businesses, online, without the runaround.
